You are hereby notified that you have obstructed that part of Stickney Street lying West of Lot 13 in Block One in Van Horn’s Addition to Esmond, in Township of South Grove, DeKalb County, Illinois by erecting a fence across Stickney Street extending Westerly from the southwest corner of said Lot 13, thereby enclosing all that portion of Stickney Street lying north of said fence and also by putting in that part of said Stickney Street, a stack of straw

You are hereby further notified that you have obstructed that part of Van Horn Street lying between Block One and Block Two in Van Horn’s addition to Esmond aforesaid by erecting of a fence, across that part of Van Horn Street extending Northerly from the North East corner of Lot 8 in Block 2 in Van Horn’s Addition to Esmond aforesaid thereby obstructing all that part of Van Horn Street lying East of Said fence.

We hereby command you to remove said obstruction within three days from the date of the service of this notice
