Commencing as follows to wit commencing at John T Becker’s South line running thence north to the state road passing over lands of John T Becker Mace R Becker Wm Decker Charles Talbot Wm P DeyoeMrs Decker said district to be known as Dis. No 14

At a meeting of the commissioners of Highways held at the town Clerks [sic] office March 24th 1864 A. D. be it ordered that the lands of Wm. T. Adee and that part of Wm. M. Byers land north of State Road be annexed to road district No. 7. Also lands of Jas. Byers Jr. described as follows S. E. ¼ S. E. ¼ [sic] Sec. 13. 40 acres being transferred from road Dis. No. 1 and annexed to road Dis. No. 8 A. B. Byers N. E. ¼ Sec. 12 – 160. S. ½ N. W. ¼ Sec. 12-80. N. ½ S. W. ¼ Sec. 12-80. W. ½ S, W, ¼ S. W. ¼ Sec. 12-20
