Of McMurchy, Thomas McNowes(?) and George Waterman on the North and Jacob Willrett on the South 80 chains and 5 Links, according to said survey and the plat hereunto amended, and made a part of this order: and the same as hereby declared to be a Public Highway four rods wide, the line of said survey being the center of such road.

In witness thereof we, the said Commissioners have hereunto set our hands, this 29th day of May A. D. 1866

Under the order of the above Commissioners I did on the 19th day of May A. D. 1866 Survey the afore said road, and do certify that the foregoing notes and plot of survey of said road, are correct and made upon the ground, to the best of my belief.
