At the annual town meeting held at Casler’s Hall in the town of South Grove County of DeKalb and State of Illinois on the seventh day of April A. D. 1891.

S. H. Worden was duly sworn as moderator entering upon his duties by declaring the polls open.

At 2:30 o’clock the Polls were closed for Miscellaneous business

Motion That the dog tax now in the hands of Supervisor amounting to Sixty nice 58/100 dollars ($68.58) be added to the Road and Bridge fund. Carried

Motion To Raise Two Hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) town tax Carried
