At the Annual Town Meeting held in Casler’s Hall in the town of South Grove DeKalb Co. State of Illinois on the Fifth day April A D 1892; James Byers was chosen Moderator

At 2:30 O’clock the misscellaneous [sic] business was transacted.

Motion To Raise Two Hundred dollars Town Tax carried
