The sums set apposite our names respectively as follows:

Michael H Quinn Sixty five dollars per acre for all land taken.  Robert B Byers Fifty ($50) dollars Patrick Rowe Fifty Dollars, Gotlieb F Huber Fourteen dollars Jacob G Willrett Fourteen dollars: and to James Gibson for and in consideration of one dollar, received, do hereby release all claims to damages sustained by me by reason of laying out and opening said road through my lands.  Witness my hand and seal this 20th day of January 1892.

And at same meeting said commissioners made a certificate that they were about to establish a public road described same as last herein before described and naming the owners of lands over which said road is to pass and asking for a Jury to assess the damages of the Chicago St. Paul & Kansas City Railway company and Robert Willis, owners of a portion of said lands and ordered that said Certificates by presented to Nelson Sivwright a Justice of the Peace of said county
