over the lands of Rufus Ecker, and John H. Patten, 80 rods to the North and South road on the aforesaid Sections and We the Commissioners of Highways do hereby order that said road be attached to road district No. 5 and to become apart [sic] thereof. In witness whereof the said Commissioners have hereunto subscribed their names, this 18th day of April A D. 1868

It is also ordered at same meeting that one half of the Gillis road running east be annexed to

Road district No. 12 and the other half of said road running west be annexed to Road district No. 19. In witness whereof the said Commissioners have hereunto subscribed their names this 18th day of April A. D. 1868
