Byers that the Soldiers that served in the late War and Have paid a town war tax have the same refunded by furnishing the amount they have paid with satisfactory proof to the Town board of the War Fund who are hereby authorized to audit their claims and direct the Custodian of the War Funds to pay the same and take receipts therefor. Carried
