Anual [sic] town Meeting

South Grove

DeKalb Co.

Illinois

Anuel [sic] Town meeting held at the School House in Dist. No. 2. on the 6th Day of April A. D. 1869. The Meeting Was called to order by W. G. Chamberlin, Town Clerk

Wm. Adee Was on motion of E. S. Thompson was duly chosen to preside as moderator of said meeting Who being first duly sworn by E. S, Thompson Esq. Justice of the Peace in said Town Entered upon the duties of his office.

The Polls for the Election of the Officers there were opened proclamation thereoff [sic] being first made by the Clerk. At 12 oclock [sic]the polls were closed by a vote of the Electores [sic] until one oclock [sic]. At one oclock [sic] P. M. meeting called to Order ByModerator and polls opened pursuant to adjournment.
