Meeting of Commissioners of Highway [sic] held at the office of the Town Clerk May 28, 1914.

There being present Thomas Rich, R. H McKenzie and Geo Coffey, Highway Commissions [sic] and Orton L. Bell treasurer

Bills were audited and ordered paid as per record on file.

Motion made and seconed [sic] that the Town Clerk call a meeting of Commissioners of Highways and Supervisors of the towns of South Grove and Franklin to meet June 4th on the Town line road north of Orton Bell’s residence at 2:00 PM. for the purpose of dividing the town line road for maintainance [sic] and having a record made of the division.  Motion carried

Motion made and seconed [sic] that Notices be posted and that meeting be held at residence of James Byers June 19th to act on road petition dated April 20, 1914.

Motion carried
