Joint Meeting Commissioners of

Highways South Grove and Franklin Townships

June 4, 1914

Motion made by Thomas Rich 2nd by Geo. Coffey that Orton Bell act as chairman

Motion carried.

Motion made by Rich 2nd by Rewerts we divide the Base line road between South Grove and Franklin beginning at the east line of Sec. one (1) of South Grove, South Grove taking the first 1½ miles running west; Franklin beginning in the center of Section 2 and Taking 1½ miles running west; South Grove taking 1½ miles from the east line of of [sic] Section 4 running west and Franklin taking the balance of the road between South Grove and Franklin.

Motion carried.
