Quinn also Seven Copies of petition which were Certified by me, as to their being true and Correct Copies of the Original Petition files. Three Copies of which were handed to the Town Clerks of Mayfield, DeKalb, & Malta by me and also one copy posted in each Township on Sept 12th 04.
