Joint Meeting of Commissioners of Highways of the Town of South Grove and Mayfield held at the residence of Jos Byers.

There being present Thomas Rich Geo Coffey R. H. McKenzie of South Grove and D. J. Tower Geo Anderson and Ernest G. Clark of Mayfield.

J D. Tower [D. J. Tower above] appointed chairman.  Route of proposed road described in petition on file dated April 20, 1914, examined as owners of land not present or represented being unable to determin [sic]probable cost.  Motion made by Rich 2nd by Clark that meeting be adjourned untill[sic] 2:00 P. M. June 17, 1914

Meeting adjourned.

Glawe Estate represented by Mrs. AgustaGlawe and [blank] Glawegardians for minor children agree to settle for Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for land and damages.

Henry Crill to give share of land for benefits of laying out road

William Byers represented by Robert Byers offered land and damages at Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars.

Motion made by Rich 2nd by Clark that road be laid out according to petition

Motion carried.
