Regular meeting of Commissioners of Highways held at the Office of the Town Clerk at Esmond Ill.

There was present Thomas Rich Geo Coffey R H McKenzie and Orton L Bell.

Bills were presented and orders issued as per record on file.

Motion made by Rich that the levy a tax for road purposes be as follows.

That there would be required the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00) for road and bridge purposes and Seven Hundred ($700.00) for expense of laying out new road

Motion seconed [sic] by Geo Coffey.

Motion carried.

Motion made an [sic] seconed [sic] that meting [sic] Adjourn Motion carred [sic]
