Regular Meeting of Commissioners of Highways held at the office of the Town Clerk.

There being present the commissions [sic] R. H. McKenzie, Geo Coffey. And Gust Gustafson Treasurer Orton L Bell and W G McKenzie Clerk.

Bills were audited and paid as per record on file

Motion made by Coffey that the rate of tax for the year 1917 be fixed at 61 cents on each One Hundred Dollars valuation as assessed for the year 1916

Motion madeseconed [sic] by Gustafson seconed    Motion carried

Motion made by Gust Gustafson and seconed [sic] by Coffey that meeting adjourn
