Esmond, Illinois – May 27th – 1918

 

Meeting of Supervisor, Town Clerk and commissioner of Highways held at the office of the Town Clerk.

 

Bills were presented, audited and ordered paid for which orders were issued as per record on file.

 

There being no further business it was moved by McKenzie and seconded by adee we adjourn.

Special Meeting called by County Superintendent W. C. Miller and held at the Rote Bridge.  Said meeting consisted of the Commissioners of highways and town clerk of Mayfield, Franklin and South Grove.

 

A Chairman was appointed and the meeting was called to order.  It was moved by W. L. Sherlock and seconded by W. R. Adee that the bridge be condemned.  The repairing of the bridge was then discussed but no definite plans made.  It was then moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn.
