Esmond, Illinois – May 28th – 18

 

Special meeting called by W. C. Miller and held at the Greenhow bridge for the purpose of discussing the repair of said bridge.  It was decided to have the County Superintendent of Highways submit plans for the repair of the bridge and to adjourn until said plans were submitted.

Esmond, Illinois – May 31 -18.

 

Special meeting of Supervisor W. G. McKenzie, Assessor Jas. Dooley and Justice of Peace Wm.H. Mason and Town Clerk W. L. Sherlock, for the purpose of electing a town clerk to fill the vacancy make by the resignation of W. L. Sherlock.  It was moved by McKenzie and seconded by Wm. H. Mason that Frank Barnes be appointed as town clerk.  Motion carried.

 

There being no further business it was moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn.  Motion carried.
