Auditors Meeting March 30, 1926
The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at the office of the Town Clerk. Those present were as follows. (sic) W. G. McKenzie Supervisor, Frank Barnes Town Clerk, George Barnes Highway Commissioner, Geo. Quinn Assessor, Wm. Mason, Justice of Peace.
All bills presented were ordered paid.
No further business the meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting and Election April 6, 1926
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor W. G. McKenzie. The Supervisors (sic) report was read and accepted. A motion was made by Fred Goelitz and seconded by W. Mason that the Town Tax be levied for One Thousand Dollars for the following specific town purposes. (sic) Salaries of town officers $725.00
Election Expenses $ 75.00
A Motion (sic) was made to adjourn by L. W. Rand and seconded by J Hutchinson.

Special gravel Tax received Thirty-one votes in favor of it and Nine votes against it.
In accordance with petition duly signed be it resolved that the Special Tax above mentioned be at the rate of Fifty cents on each One Hundred dollars assessed valuation of all taxable property including railroads in said Township for a period of Five Years for the purpose of constructing and maintaining gravel, rock, macadam or other hard roads and for improving, maintaining or repairing earth roads by draining, grading, oil treating or dragging, the location and route of which said roads are as follows. (sic)
(1) A portion of the public highway in the Township of South Grove, Co. of DeKalb and State of Ill. More particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the center of Section Thirty (30) of said Township
