Annual Town Meeting and Election, April 5, 1932
Election and Town Meeting held at Town Hall.
Town Meeting was called to order at 2 P. M. by the Supervisor.
Financial statements of the Township was(sic)read by Supervisor and accepted.
Motion made by L. W. Rand + seconded by Frank McQueen that a levy of One Thousand dollars be assessed for Town expenses.
Motion carried. Moved to adjourn.

Special Meeting of Township Auditors, April 5, 1932
Special Auditing Meeting was called + held at Town Hall at the conclusion of the Town Meeting. Those present were W. G. McKenzie, Supervisor. Frank Barnes, Town Clerk. Delos Welty, Assessor. Hans Hanson, Justice of Peace. Discussion was held as to advisibility (sic) of reducing salaries of Town Officers more than 10%, as voted at Meeting held Mar 29, 1932.
Moved + seconded that a 25% reduction be made in salaries for the coming year. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
A canvass of the Election Ballots showed the following results.
For Highway Commissioner
F. N. Goelitz rec’d 139 votes
Harry Gustafson “ 66 “
Joe Bross “ 113 “
For School Trustee Floyd Welty was elected.

Fall Auditing Meeting Sept 6, 1932
The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor, at the Pollard Poultry Shop. Those present were W. G. McKenzie, Frank Barnes, Fred Goelitz, Delos Welty, Hans Hanson. All bills presented was (sic) ordered paid.
The Highway Commissioner , F. N. Goelitz certified that the rate of tax necessary to be levied for Road + Bridge purposes shall be 25 cents (twenty-five cents) on each One hundred Dollars valuation as assessed for the year A. D. 1932. He further certified that the amount necessary to be raised by taxation for the construction, maintenance and repair of roads and bridges for the year A. D. 1932 is FourThousand Dollars to be levied for the following purposes
Construction of Roads $1000.00 Construction of Bridges $500.00
* “ “ “ $1000.00 Maintenance “ “ $100.00
Purchase of Machinery $800.00 Repair of Machinery 400.00
Prevention and Expiation of Weeds $200.00
