Annual Fall Auditing Meeting, Sept 5, 1933
The meeting was called to order at the Town Hall by Chas McKenzie, Supervisor.
All bills presented was (sic) ordered paid.
A motion was made by Delos Welty that Chas. McKenzie be elected Health Officer = Frank Barnes as Secretary of Health Dept. Motion seconded by L. A. Totman. Motion carried.
It was certified by F. N. Goelitz, Highway Commissioner, that the tax rate necessary to be levied upon all taxable property of South Grove twshp [township] for road purposes shall b 25¢ (twenty-five cents) on each $100.00 valuation as assessed and equalized for the year 1933. Total amt [amount] to be raised is $4000.00 to be used for the following purposes, to wit:
Construction of Roads $1000.00 Maintenance of Roads $1000.00
* “ “ Bridges $500.00 Maintenance “ Bridges $100.00
Purchase of Machinery $800.00 Prevention and Expiation of Weeds $200.00
Repair “ “ $400.00
Motion made + seconded to adjourn. Motion carried.

Spring Auditing Meeting, March 27, 1934
The meeting was called to order at the office of the Town Clerk, by the Supervisor. All bills presented was (sic) ordered paid. The Supervisors (sic) annual report was read and approved, the report showed total receipts equaled $1930.34. Total Expenditures $1130.27, leaving a balance on hand or $800.07.
The Treasurers annual report was read and approved. it (sic) showed the total receipts as $6388.73 to wit. General fund $3234.42. Hard road fund $3154.31.
Expenditures from General fund was (sic) $3200.14.
