Spring Auditing Meeting, March 26, 1935
The semi annual auditing meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at the Esmond Bank Building at 7 P. M.
All bills presented were ordered paid.
The Supervisors (sic) report was read + approved, the report showed Total receipts of $2360.08. Total expenses $1645.12 leaving a bal [balance] on hand of $714.96.
The Township Treasurers (sic) annual report was read + approved. it (sic) showed “General fund” receipts of $3230.87, “Hard Road” funds receipts $3096.46. Total receipts $6327.33. “General fund” expenditures $3191.15. HardRoad expenses $3091.38. Total expenses $6282.53 leaving a balance of General funds of $39.72. Hard road bal. $5.08. Total balance on hand $44.80.
Motion made + carried to adjourn.

Town Meeting and Election, April 2, 1935
Election and Town Meeting held at the Town Hall.
The town meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at 2 P. M. L. A. Totman appointed to act as moderator.
The Supervisors (sic) report was read + accepted.
The Road and Bridge fund report was read + approved.
A motion was made by Delos Welty + 2nd by Ray Eychaner to levy a Town Tax of $1250.00 for township purposes. Carried to be used for the following Specific (sic) purposes.
Support of poor + indigent persons. $350.00
Salaries of town officers 500.00
Election expenses 50.00
Infirmary 350.00
Total $1250.00
Motion made, seconded, carried to adjourn.
A canvass showed of the ballots showed the following results – For Highway Commissioner Fred Goelitz rec’d 164 votes. Geo Jorgenson 147 votes.
ForSchool Trustee. C. R. Dettmer rec’d 275 votes.
