Fall Auditing Meeting
The meeting was called to order at the Town Hall at 1:30 P. M.. Those present were C. G. McKenzie, L. W. Holmes, F. H. McQueen, F. N. Goelitz and Geo. Jorgensen. All bills presented were ordered paid.
Highway Commissioner Jorgensen certified that the rate of taxation necessary to ber levied against all taxable property, of the Township for the year 1950 for road and bridge purposes shall be 12 ½ %, making the total amount necessary $5000.00.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn.

Spring Auditing Meeting
The meeting was held at the home of the Town Clerk at 1:30 P. M., with C. G. McKenzie, L. W. Holmes, Geo. Jorgensen and F. H. McQueen being present. All bills presented were paid. After discussing the proposed budget for the next year, it was approved. Meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting
C. G. McKenzie was chosen as Moderator and at a meeting at 1:00 P. M. a hearing was held on the proposed budget.
At 2:00 P. M. the Town Meeting was called to order by the Moderator. Motion was made and seconded that the proposed budget be accepted. The Supervisor’s report was read and approved showing receipts of $2341.84, Expenditures $1571.60: balance $770.24. The report of Highway Commissioner was read and approved, showing receipts of $7,838.12; expenses $7412.55; balance $425.57.
Motion made and seconded that the Township levy be accepted. The necessary tax was $1900.00.
