Annual Town Meeting April 11, 1972

Met at 2:00 PM at Town Hall. Beydler + Latimer absent. Reports of Supervisor and Hiway [sic] Comm. read and approved. ★ There being no further business, Meeting adjourned [sic]

It was voted to raise the Town Clerk’s salary to $300.00 per year and to pay the Supervisor $350.00 per year for handling the Town Fund, since a percentage of the money handled is no longer legal.

June 20, 1972

Auditing meeting and hearing on Town budget held at 2:00 PM at the Town Hall. All officers present except town clerk. The Highway commissioner’s bills were audited. Moved by Emmett Rand and seconded by George Latimer to pay same. The budget and Town tax were discussed. Moved by George Tindall and seconded by George Latimer to accept both, town tax being $8,050. Carried. Meeting adjourned.

Fall Auditing Meeting

Meeting at 2:00 PM at Town Hall. Two auditors absent, those present being H. McQueen, F. McQueen, W. Beydler + E. Rand. Highway Commissioner’s tax levy accepted. All bills presented were audited and paid. Meeting adjourned.
