Fall Auditing Meeting Sept. 7, 1971

All auditors and officers present at the 1:30 P. M. meeting at the Town Hall.

Moved by Emmett Rand and seconded by Geo. Latimer that the Highway Commissioner’s tax levy be accepted. Carried. all [sic] bills presented were audited and paid. There being no other business, meeting adjourned.

Special Auditing Meeting Oct. 21, 1971

All members present at the 7:30 meeting at the Town Hall, including the assessor whose salary was discussed for the additional work she had done on the delayed assessment. Moved by Geo. Tindall and seconded by Geo. Latimer that she be paid $200.00 for travel expense. Carried.

Moved by Geo. Latimer and seconded by Emmett Rand that the Township accept the agreement with DeKalb County due to the law passed abolishing the 3% reduction from taxes to pay the County Officials. Carried.

The Supervisor’s books was [sic] audited and the Highway Commissioner’s bills presented were audited and allowed. Meeting adjourned.

Spring Auditing Meeting March 28, 1972

All members present at the 2:00 P. M. Meeting with the exception of George Latimer, said meeting being at the Town Hall. Bills were audited. Highway Commissioner presented the annual Road budget and appropriation. Accepted. Meeting adjourned.
