Commissioners Meeting

Esmond, Ill. Oct 20, 1900

At meeting of commissioners of Town of South Grove Couty [sic] of DeKalb, State of Illinois held at the office of the Town Clerk

Chas P. Benson, S. H. Worden and Wm. Masterson being present examined the routes as set for the in the [sic] foregoing described petitions there being no reasons offered against laying out of described roads and having ascertained that five notices having been posted for each petition in accordance to the requirements of law decided to grant the prayers of the Petitioners and order that said roads be surveyed by a competent surveyor.

And publically announced said decision.

The following plat was furnished by S. T. Armstrong dated October 20th, 1900 And certifies that on the 20th day of October he made survey and the quantities of land thaken [sic] is as follows: Bert Vanartsdale 91/100 acres J. S. Shaver 1 82/100 acres Wm. R. Adee 4 55/100 acres Geo Adee 1 82/100 acres John E Adee 2 15/100 acres Robt B Byers 2 19/100 acres and said road to be 60 ft [sic] wide
