That the expense in making a passable road over he proposed route in question would be an extravagant expenditure of money and labor without benefiting the public, that the damages to the land owners on which said route for a road passes would be oppressive and a sacrifice by them that the public does not demand.
And that I have selected E. Noble, Supervisor of the town of Afton, R. J. Crossett, Supervisor of the town of Pampas and Jesse Alden, Supervisor of the town of Sycamore to hear and determine said appeal have had in making such selections due regard to the interest of the persons interested.
