the taxable property of the said Town of South Grove with which, together with the said material from the old town hall, to erect said new town hall.
Motion made and seconed [sic] that W. G. McKenzie, George M. Tindall and Robert B. Byers be selected to supervise and direct the building of new town hall as ordered by electors.
Motion made and seconed [sic] that Maurice Casseybe appointed thistle commissioner. Motion carried.
The following is the result of a canvass of the ballots
G. M. Tindall received seventy two votes for Supervisor
W. G. McKenzie received seventy two votes for Town Clerk
Frank Worden received seventy two votes for Assessor
Milton Adee received seventy two votes for Collector
H. Reimsnider received seventy two votes for Commissioner of Highways
Hayes Birchfield received seventy one votes for Constable
J. A. Dooley received seventy one votes for Justice of the Peace
Daniel McMurchy received seventy one votes for Trusted of Schools
Shall the Commissioners of Highway of the Township of South Grove, DeKalb County, Illinois levy a tax at the rate of fifty cents on each one Hundred Dollars assessed valuation of all the taxable property, including railroads, in said township, for the period of three years, viz: for the years 1910, 1911, and 1912, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining two gravel, rock, Macadam or other hard roads to be located as follows:
1st – That portion of the public highway commencing at the intersection of the north and south roads on the east side of section twenty four (24) in the village of Clare, township of South Grove, DeKalb County, Illinois then westward through section [continued on next page]
