twenty-four and a part of section twenty-three, to the intersection of the north and south road and the east and west road, known as the Robert Byers corners, in South Grove, DeKalb, Co. Ill.

2nd – That portion of the public highway in the township of South Grove, DeKalb County Illinois, commencing at the intersection of the north and south roads or public highway, known as the Samuel Newell corners, in South Grove, DeKalb County Illinois, then westward through section seventeen to the intersection of the north and south highway west of the station of Esmond, and thence south on the public highway through section eighteen (18) to the intersection of the north and South public highway and the east and west public highway in the township of South Grove. Said last named intersection being at the corner known as the Wiltse corners in said township of South Grove, DeKalb County, Illinois.
