It was therefore ordered that (five) [sic] a meeting be held at the East end of the proposed road at 2 o’clock pm on the 23rd day of September 1911, and that five notices of said meeting be posted in five of the most public places in the vicinity of the proposed road, at least 10 days prior to the date of said meeting.

Upon Motion, the meeting was duly adjourned.
