Town of South Grove

County of DeKalb

To wit

Whereas application has been made unto us the undersigned Commissioners of highways for the town aforesaid by certain legal voters residing within the limits prescribed by the statute in that case made and provided to discontinue annul and make void a highway in said town the same commencing at the County the west line of said town and on the half section line of section thirty running thence east to the north and south road leading through said section thirty We therefore having taken into consideration that the said road is by no means essential for public convenience do hereby annul and discontinue the said road and hereby relieve said town from the expense of repairing and maintaining the same
