By agreement entered into between George Hutcheson and the legal voters of South Grove, he, the said Hutcheson is to perform the duties of Custodian of War Fund for the sums of ten dollars. By a like agreement F. W. Howe is to perform the duties of Assessor for the current year for the sum of $1.00 per day, the aggregate not to exceed Sixty (60) dollars.
