the most public places in said Town previous to the time and place appointed for hearing such reasons and having heard such as were offered and being of the opinion that such laying out of the said road is necessary and proper and the public interest would be promoted thereby and having granted the prayer of said petitioners and determined to lay out the said

Road We did on the first day of April A D 1868 cause a survey thereof to be made by a competent Surveyor under out directions as follows; to wit beginning S 41½ West 324 Chains from the West ¼ Corner of Sec No 11 Township 341 Range 3 at Stone X 13,10,7 from thence as a starting point North 72 ¾ E 6.56 chains to stone X 12,10,9 thence South 67 E 928 chains to stone X 16, 11, 7 in the Tindall & Thompson Road 26 20’ East and thathereunto attached is a correct copy of a plat of said road according to said survey made by Mr. V D Miller, County Surveyor of DeKalb Co. It is therefore Ordered and determined that the said Road be and is hereby laid out and established according to said survey and the plat hereunto annexed and made part of this order, which is hereby declared to be a public highway four rods wide the line of said survey being the centre[sic] of said road

In witness whereof we the said Commissioners have hereunto set our hands this sixth day of April A. D. 1868
