Undersigned having been employed to Survey that portion of the Sycamore and Oregon State Road Lying on the west ½ of Section 7. T. 41 R 3 would Report that under your sections of commenced [?] of the same as it is traveled now thence N 75 1/4 West 20.45 to town line as the said is said [sic] road is said to have been traveled 16.07 L of N. W. Sec. corner V 6 ¼ E and that the annexed Plot represents said survey the dotted double line being said old Road

It is ordered and Determined that the said be and the same is hereby Vacated according to the said Survey and the Plat hereunto annexed and make part of this deed which is hereby is [six] declared to be no more a public Highway

In witness whereby we the said commissioners have hereunto set our hands this 26th Day of June A. D. 1868
