is a correct Survey thereof as made by me under your direction beginning at the Section corner of town line between Sections 19 & 30 and 0.6 N of W. S. Sec. Corner of Linnville [Lynville] thence thence [sic] E. 20 – 88 to Stone 27 ÷ 16 ÷ 15 on ctr of N & S road & that the annexed plot represents the Same the double dotted line being said V 6 ¼  E.

It is therefore ordered and determined that a road be and the same is hereby layed [sic] out and Established according to said Survey and the plot hereunto annexed an [sic] made part of this order which is hereby declared to be a public Highway four rods wide the line of said Survey being the ctr. of said road

In witness whereof we the said commissioners of the town of South Grove have hereunto set our hands this the 26th day of June A. D. 1868
