At a meeting of the Commissioners of highways of the Town of South Grove in the County of DeKalb State of Ill. At the office of Peter M Deyoe in said Town on the twenty fifth day of June we the Commissioners having met and Deliberated on the subject embrased [embraced] in their order it is ordered and determined by the said Commissioners And do declare the following described road to be a publick [public] highway as follows to wit. Beginning at the ¼ Section corner on the north side of Sec 6 in the Township 41 N R 3 East – thence south on the ¼ section line 73 Ch 1 rod to the North side of Sec 7 thence south 80 ch 3 rods to the side ¼ Sec Corner of 18 Then South 80 ch to the North side ¼ Sec corner of 30

Thence south 80 ch & 16 Links to the North side ¼ Sec corner of 31 Thence South 80 ch to the South side ¼ Sec corner of 31 to the south side of the Township

In witness whereof the Commissioners of Highway of said Town have herewith Subscribed their names
