At a meeting of the Commissioners of Highways of the Town of South Grove in the County of DeKalb State of Illinois at the house of Phineas Crandall in said Town on the nineteenth day of August  We the Commissioners Having met and deliberated on the subject embraced in This order it ordered and Determind [determined] by the said Commissioners and Do Declare the Following described Road to be A publick [public] Highway As Follows to wit

Beginning At the west end of A Highway Through the Township of Mayfield on the ¼ Section Line of 25 thence West 80 ch 29 links to the ¼ section

Line of 26 thence West 80 ch 51 links to the ¼ section

Line of 27 thence West 80 ch 25 links to the ¼ section

Line of 28 thence West 80 ch 30 links to the ¼ section

Line of 29 thence West 80 ch 35 links to the ¼ section

Line of 30 thence West 61 ch to west side of the

Town of South Grove

In Witness where of we the Commissioners of Highways of said Town have hereunto Subscribed their [our] names
