Whereas Erastus Adee, Dwight T. Benson, Albert Leyman Enoch Chapel Stepen[Stephen] Worden and James Purcell Jun [Junior] of the Town of South Grove in said County did on the 19th day of July appeal to us from an Order and determination of the Commissioners of said Town in laying out the following hway [highway] To wit Comencing at the quarter section corner between fifteen and twenty two in Township (41) forty one Range (3) three East of the third principal Meridian running thence South on the line through the center of Section (22) twenty two twenty seven (27) and (34) thirty four the south line of said Town passing over lands of Stephen SAdee Wm M Byers James Purcell Stephen and Anariah Worden John L Jones Erastus Adee Dwight F Benson E Chapel A W Hoyt and others a coppy[copy] of which order as well as all the papers in relation to said appeal being here unto annexed and forming a part of this Order. And we having met at the House of Wm M Byers in said Town on Twenty fourth day of July George H Hill Supervisor of Kingston not being (?) adjourned to Thursday August the twenty first at 10 O Clock to hear the proofs and allegations of the parties and Whereas such hearing been had in the premises and after having Examined the ground over which the Petitioners wishes the said road to be located and being advised there in do Order and determin [determine] that the order and determinations of the said commissioners be and the same is in all things reversed. And ordered that a Surveyor be directed to survey and Make a Road four rods wide as requested by Petitioners and make a plot of the same which plot is hereto annexed and made a part of this Order.

Ordered that Two hundred dollars be paid John H Jones and Sixty dollars be also paid to John
