Kirk Supervisor of the Town of Franklin George H Hill Supervisor of the Town of Kingston and Henry Maden[Madden] Supervisor of the Town of Mayfield I have surveyed a road which is described as follows To Wit Beginning at the quarter section corner between Sections 15 and 22 in Town 41 North Range E of the third principal Meridian and running thence South on the quarter section line 79 chains 63 links to the quarter section corner between Sections 27 and 34 thence south of the quarter section line 30 chains 5 links to the quarter section corner on the south line of said section is being in the Town of South Grove in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois to be laid four rods wide and passing over lands owned by Stephen S Adee Wm Byers James Purcell Stephen an [and] Anariah Worden John H Jones Erastus Adee Dwight F Benson E Chapel A W Hoyt and others surveyed August 26th 1856 Daniel W. Haish } Surveyor
