Meeting of Commissioners of Highways held at the office of the Town Clerk.

Motion made by Geo. Coffey second by R. H. McKenzie that Thomas Rich be elected President of the board for the ensuing year.  Motion carried.

Orton L. Bell furnished bond as Treasurer of Commissioners of Highways.

Motion made and seconed [sic] that regular meeting of the Commissioners of Highways be held at the office of the Town Clerk the Monday of each month [sic] and that all bills be audited at regular meetings.
