Regular semi-annual meeting of the Commissoners [sic] of Highways held at the office of the town clerk in Esmond, Ill.  July 26,1915.

There was present Thos. Rich, Geo Coffey and R. H. McKenzie Commissioners of Highways and Orton L. Bell, Supervisor and W. G. McKenzie, Town Clerk.

Bill for labor and material were audited and orders drawn as per record on file

Regular meeting of Commissioners of Highway [sic] held at the office of the Town Clerk there being present Thomas Rich, Geo Coffey and R. H. McKenzie, Commissioners, Orton L Bell, Supervisor and W. G. McKenzie Town Clerk.

Bill [sic] for labor and material were audited and paid as per record on file.

Motion made by Geo Coffey that tax rate be fixed at 61 cents on each One Hundred Dollars assessed valuation to raise necessary tax for Road & Bridge purposes for 1916.

Motion seconed [sic] by R. H. McKenzie. Motion carried all voting in favor
