be determined that the am’t [sic] or money necessary to be raised by taxation for the construction [followed by a line that was crossed out] of roads, the maintenance of roads, the construction of bridges, maintenance of bridges, the purchase of machinery, the repairs of machinery, the oiling of roads + esterification of weeds, respectively in said town for the yr.1925 are as follows. For the construction of roads $2750.00. For the maintenance of roads $2000.00. For the construction of bridges $500.00. For the maintenance of bridges $250.00. For the purchase of machinery $250.00. For the repairs to machinery $50.00. For the prevention + esterification or weeds $200.00. Total $6000.00. Thus making the total am’t necessary to be raised by taxation for above mentioned purposes in said Town for said yr. Six Thousand Dollars. + it is hereby that the said amount of money, or so much or such part thereof as may be approved by the Co Board of said DeKalb Co. be + the same is hereby levied for road + bridge Taxes against all the taxable property of said Town for the yr. The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at the Town Clerk’s office.
Those present were W. G. McKenzie Sup.

All bills presented were ordered paid.

Annual Town Meeting + Election, April 7, 1925
Town meeting was called to order by Supervisor W. G. McKenzie. the [sic] report read and accepted.
One Thousand Dolars was the amount voted as necessary for the Town Tax. There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
A canvass of the ballots voted was as follows. “Justice of Peace”, Wm. Mason and John Brennan, “Constable.” George Barnes and Harry Coles.
