Annual Spring Auditing Meeting, Mar (sic) 25, 1930
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor W. G. McKenzie at the Esmond State Bank. All bills presented were ordered paid.
No further business the meeting was adjourned.

Annual Township Meeting and Election, April 1, 1930
The Town Meeting was called to order by the Supervisor, W. G. McKenzie at the Town Hall at 2 P. M.
The Township report was read and approved. The Road and Bridge fund report was read and approved.
A motion was made by L. W. Rand and seconded by F.N. Goelitz that a tax for One Thousand Dollars $1000.00 be levied for Township purposes. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
The canvass of ballots resulted in the following electional [elected] offices. W. G. McKenzie, Supervisor. Frank Barnes, Town Clerk. L. A. Totman, Justice of Peace. Clifford Coffey, Constable. Delos Welty, Assessor. T. T. Vanartsdale, School Trustee.

Fall Auditing Meeting, Sept 2, 1930
The meeting was called to order by W. G. McKenzie, Supervisor. Present was Frank Barnes, T. Clerk. D. Welty, Assessor. F. N. Goelitz, Highway Comm. M. Casey, Thistle Comm. all bills presented was (sic) paid. “The Commissioner of Highways does hereby certify that a majority of the Board of Town Auditors at this regular meeting held Sept. 2, 1930, consented to the levy + extension of a greater rate of Taxes for road and bridge purposes, than twenty-five cents on each One Hundred dollars valuation of ll Taxable property in South Grove Twshp. [Township], to wit, to the extension + levy of 30 (thirty cents) on each $100.00 valuation + fixing the amount of said additional tax at $800.00. The Commissioner of Highways further certified that the amount of money necessary for the purpose of construction, maintenance + repair of roads + bridges is Six Thousand Dollars to be levied for the yr. 1930.
