Spring Auditing Meeting March 25, 1941

The semi-annual auditing meeting was called to order by the Supervisor, C. G. McKenzie, at the Town Hall, at 2:00 P. M. Others present were F. H. McQueen and L. A. Totman. All bills presented were ordered paid. The proposed budget for the coming year was discussed and approved. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting April 1, 1941

The town Meeting was called to order at the Town Hall at 2:00 P. M. by C. G. McKenzie. Walter Beydler was chosen Moderator.

At 10:00 A. M. a meeting was called by the Town Clerk, F. H. McQueen, for the purpose of selecting a Moderator for the annual town meeting to be held at 2:00 P. M. Walter Beydler was chosen to act at said meeting. At 2:00 P. M. the town meeting was called to order by Walter Beydler, Moderator. The Supervisor’s report and the Highway commissioner’s report were each read and approved. A motion was made and seconded that the proposed budget be accepted as read by the Town Clerk. A motion was made and seconded that the Township tax be accepted. The necessary amount of tax required was $1800. Motion made and carried to adjourn.
