At a special meeting of the Town Board held on April 20, 1961[,] and attended by Hugh T. McQueen, F. H. McQueen and Harry Gustafson. A resolution was adopted that the Treasurer of the Road and Bridge Fund, namely; Hugh T. McQueen deposit all public moneys in the National Bank and Trust company, Sycamore, Ill. Meeting adjourned.

Spring Auditing Meeting March 27, 1962

The meeting was held at 7:30 P.M. at the home of the Town Clerk with Hugh McQueen, W. Beydler, E. Rand, Geo. Tindall, J. O. Totman, and F. H. McQueen present. After auditing the books, paying the bills and discussing the proposed budget, the meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting April 3, 1962

Emmett Rand was chosen Moderator and at 1:00 P.M. said Moderator called a meeting for a hearing on the proposed budget.

At 2:00 P.M. the Town Meeting was called to order. Motion was made and seconded that the proposed budget be accepted. The report of the supervisor (sic) and highway commissioner (sic) were read and approved. Motion by F. H. McQueen and seconded by Harry Gustafson that the Town Tax be $4000. and General assistance (sic) tax be $500. Motion carried.

There being no further business, Meeting adjourned.

Fall Auditing Meeting Sept. 4, 1962

The meeting was held at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall with Hugh McQueen, W. Beydler, F. H. McQueen, E. Rand and J. O. Totman present. After auditing the books and paying the bills presented, the meeting adjourned.
