Spring Auditing Meeting March 26, 1963

The Meeting was held at 1:00 P.M.at the Town Hall, with Hugh McQueen, W. Beydler, E. Rand, Geo. Tindall, J. O. Totman and F. H. McQueen present. After auditing the books, paying the bills and discussing the proposed budget, the meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting April 2, 1963

Elmer Erickson was chosen as Moderator and at 1:00 P.M. said Moderator called a meeting for a hearing on the proposed budget. At 2:00 P.M. the Town Meeting was called to order. Motion was made and seconded that the proposed budget be accepted. The reports of the Supervisor and Highway Commissioner were read and approved. A special tax of .035% (sic) for road equipment and building purposes was voted on by special ballot. 11 for 0 against. Motion by Walter Beydler and seconded by John Totman that the Town Tax be $4500.

There being no further business, meeting adjourned.

Special Meeting June 25, 1963

A meeting was held from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the Town Hall for the purpose of adopting the budget for the Road and Bridge Fund. The Highway Commissioner reported a balance on hand of $1942.46 and receipts of $3,034.95. Motion made by Hugh McQueen and seconded by F. H. McQueen that the proposed budget for the coming year be adopted. Meeting adjourned.
