Fall Auditing Meeting Sept. 7, 1965

The meeting was held at the Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. All officers and auditors were present: The Board of Auditors approved the Highway Commissioner’s program for the year 1965-66.

The matter of subscribing to the official Township Officials’ Magazine was discussed. It was moved by Walter Beydler and seconded by Emmet Rand that each of the officers and auditors receive the magazine for the coming year and the Township bear the expense. (7 @ $6.00 - $42.00) Motion carried.

After auditing the books and paying the bills presented, the Meeting adjourned.

Special Auditing Meeting Feb. 10, 1966

All auditors and officers were present at this meeting at 1:30 P.M. at the home of the Town Clerk. The Highway Commissioner asked permission to post the roads of the township against overweight vehicles. Permission granted. Social Security and the steps necessary to participate were again discussed. Bills were audited and meeting adjourned.

Spring Auditing Meeting March 29, 1966

The meeting was held at 2:00 PM (sic) at the Town Hall. The Supervisor, Clerk, Commissioner and three auditors were present. After considering the budget of the Highway commissioner, it was moved that the Board of auditors approve same. Seconded and carried.

Current bills were paid and books audited. Meeting adjourned.
