Motion by Walter Beydler and seconded by George Tindall to join the Illinois Assn. for the coming year. Carried.

All bills presented were audited and paid. Meeting adjourned.

Fall Auditing Meeting

The meeting was held at the Town Hall at 7:30 PM. All officers and Auditors were present except Emmett Rand. After paying the bills presented and auditing the books, the meeting adjourned.

Spring Auditing Meeting March 26, 1968

The meeting was held at 2:00 PM at the Town Hall. All officers and Auditors were present. The Town budget and Road and Bridge budget were discussed. After paying the bills presented and auditing the books, the meeting adjourned.

Annual Town Meeting April 2, 1968

Walter Beydler was chosen as Moderator and at 1:00 PM said Moderator called a meeting for a hearing on the proposed budget. At 2:00 PM the Town Meeting was called to order. There were 6 present. The budget was voted on and approved. The Highway Commissioner’s report, the Supervisor’s report and the General Assistance report were all read and approved. The Annual Town Tax levy was for $5450.00 with no General Assistance levy.

It was voted to transfer $100.00 from the Town fund to the General Assistance fund to bring it up to State specifications. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
