Special Auditing Meeting July 17, 1968

The meeting was held at the Town hall at 7:30 PM. All Auditors, Supervisor, Town Clerk and Highway Commissioner were present.

All bills presented were audited and paid, including the final payment to the First National Bank of Malta on the International Township truck. Meeting adjourned.

Fall Auditing Meeting Sept. 3, 1968

The meeting was held at the Town Hall at 7:30 P. M. Auditors, Supervisor, Town Clerk and Highway Commissioner were present, excepting George Lattimer. All bills presented were audited and paid. Meeting adjourned.

Special Auditing Meeting Nov. 4, 1968

The Town Officers and Auditors, with the exception of George Tindall, met at the Town Hall at 7:00 P.M. The Highway Commissioner requested permission to transfer $3,000. from the regular Road + Bridge Fund to the Special Bridge Fund for one year. Motion made by George Latimer and seconded by Emmett Rand that permission be granted. Motion carried. Bills presented were audited and paid. Meeting adjourned.

Spring Auditing Meeting March 25, 1969

The meeting was held at the Town Hall at 2:00 PM. All Auditors, Supervisor, Town Clerk and Highway Commissioner were present. The salary of the Assessor for 1970 was discussed. George Tindall moved that the salary be increased from $650 to $800. Seconded by Emmett Rand and all 6 voted aye. Moved by George Tindall and seconded by Walter Beydler that the Auditors pay be increased to $10.00 per meeting. 6 voted aye.
